As Automation Project Engineer VIE in our Technology team you will focus on managing and reporting on Tier 1 & tier 2 project delivery, scheduling, and costing.

Main responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Generate detailed reports on project progress, including milestones, timelines, resources and financials. Communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
- Monitor project costs and budgets, providing regular updates and forecasts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
About you
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in automation or digital projects.
Soft and Technical skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Basic understanding of automation technologies and digital systems.
- Experience with automation tools and digital platforms will be an asset.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable and eager to learn.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Digital Technologies, or a related field.
Languages:
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
