Effective Date: 16 June 2025
1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to SuperHire.ie, a recruitment platform built exclusively for direct employers in the Life Sciences, Medical Device, Biotech, and broader STEM sectors in Ireland. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
SuperHire.ie is a registered business in Ireland (Company Registration Number: 753822), owned and operated by Pale Blue Dot® Recruitment. It functions as a distinct platform and database, separate from Pale Blue Dot® Recruitment’s recruitment agency services.
2. Platform Purpose and Job Posting Eligibility
SuperHire.ie is designed solely for use by direct-hire employers such as manufacturers, medtech companies, biopharma firms, engineering organizations, research institutions, and technology companies operating in STEM sectors.
Recruitment agencies, staffing providers, third-party project vendors, and outsourced service companies are prohibited from posting roles or creating employer accounts, unless explicitly approved in writing by SuperHire.ie.
Contract service providers, including engineering consultancies or firms offering staff on a contract, outsourced, or project-based basis, are not permitted to post roles or create accounts on SuperHire.ie without explicit written approval. The platform is strictly reserved for direct employers hiring internal, permanent, or fixed-term staff within STEM sectors.
To preserve the platform’s integrity:
- SuperHire.ie reserves the right to vet, edit, reject, or remove any job post or employer account that does not align with this policy or these Terms.
- Pale Blue Dot® Recruitment, as the platform operator, may post client roles, which will be clearly identified and remain aligned with SuperHire.ie’s purpose.

These listings remain the intellectual property of the originating employer and are used with permission to increase visibility.
In certain cases, SuperHire.ie may also publish job listings that are publicly available on verified employer websites, without express permission, under a legitimate interest basis. These listings:
- Are not modified;
- Are attributed or linked to the original source;
- And may be removed promptly upon request.
This practice is designed to increase accessibility of public STEM opportunities while respecting the intellectual property rights of employers. Any organization that wishes to opt out can contact info@superhire.ie.

5. Job Posting and Application Responsibilities
- Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all job content and ensuring compliance with Irish employment laws.

- SuperHire.ie is not responsible for verifying employment details or acting as a party to employment negotiations.
5A. Job Posting Standards & Fair Use Policy
To maintain the integrity of the Super Hire® platform and ensure fair value for all employers and candidates, the following standards apply to all job postings:
- Genuine Vacancies
All postings must represent bona fide, currently available employment opportunities. “Ghost jobs” (roles that do not exist, are already filled, or are created solely to collect candidate details) are strictly prohibited. - Accuracy & Relevance
Jobs must be posted in the most relevant category. Misclassified or misleading postings may be reclassified or removed by Super Hire® at its discretion. Role descriptions must be accurate, clear, and free from deceptive content. - Prohibited Uses
Job postings may not be used primarily to redirect candidates to external career sites, databases, or to build a talent pool without genuine intent to hire. Non-employment postings (e.g., training courses, unpaid “internships” without approval, volunteer programs, or unrelated adverts) are not permitted. Duplicate postings of the same or substantially similar roles are not allowed, except where the role has genuinely reopened. - Fair Use of Unlimited Plans
Unlimited job posting plans apply only to direct roles within the subscribing employer’s business unit. The plan may not be resold, shared, or used to advertise positions on behalf of unrelated third parties, subsidiaries, or recruitment agencies without prior written consent. Excessive posting, spamming, or automated mass posting is prohibited. - Enforcement
Super Hire® reserves the right to monitor postings and remove, suspend, or refuse any content that breaches this policy. Continued or serious breaches may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
6. Fees and Payments
- Certain features (e.g., premium job posts, resume access) require payment.
- Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are due at the time of purchase and are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.
- SuperHire.ie reserves the right to change pricing or billing terms at any time.
- If a user fails to comply with these Terms, including eligibility requirements or posting guidelines, no refunds will be issued.
6A. Talent Tokens Loyalty Program
Talent Tokens by Super Hire® are a customer loyalty and rewards feature made available exclusively to verified employer clients of SuperHire.ie. Use of Talent Tokens is subject to these Terms of Service, the Job Posting Standards & Fair Use Policy, and the following additional conditions:
- Nature of Tokens
Talent Tokens are a promotional loyalty reward only. They have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash or equivalent, and are not cryptocurrency, securities, or financial instruments. Tokens are non-transferable, non-assignable, and may only be redeemed by the employer account to which they were issued. Tokens do not constitute property and confer no vested rights. - Eligibility
Only verified employer clients of SuperHire.ie are eligible to earn or redeem Tokens. Candidates, agencies, intermediaries, and unauthorised users are not eligible. Tokens are forfeited if an employer account is closed, suspended, or terminated. - Earning Tokens
Employers earn one (1) Talent Token for every one Euro (€1) spent on eligible SuperHire.ie services (exclusive of VAT and any third-party fees). Eligible services include paid job postings and package purchases on SuperHire.ie unless stated otherwise. Super Hire® may, at its discretion, issue bonus Tokens (e.g., new client bonuses, promotions). Tokens are credited once payment is successfully processed (e.g., card payment confirmation or cleared invoice) and are recorded internally with balances communicated to the employer following each qualifying purchase. - Redemption Rules
Tokens may be redeemed against discounts or rewards published on the SuperHire.ie website and may only be applied to eligible purchases as determined by Super Hire®. To redeem, employers must follow the process outlined by Super Hire® (e.g., contacting tokens@superhire.ie for a redemption code). Super Hire® may verify eligibility and reserves the right to refuse, limit, or reverse a redemption in cases of error, misuse, ineligibility, breach of the Fair Use Policy, or non-compliance with these Terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one Token redemption may be applied per order, cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, and cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases. Tokens cannot be exchanged, split, or converted to any credit, refund, or other value. - Exclusions
Tokens do not apply to VAT, taxes, government charges, third-party pass-through fees, non-platform services, or any excluded products/services as designated by Super Hire®. Super Hire® may update exclusions at any time. - Expiry and Calendar Year Forfeiture
Talent Tokens operate on a calendar year basis (January 1 – December 31). All unused Tokens automatically expire at midnight on December 31 each year, regardless of the date of issue, and cannot be carried over or reinstated. - Errors & Adjustments
Super Hire® may correct Token balances for posting errors, suspected fraud, chargebacks, cancellations, or returns. If an order is refunded or voided, any Tokens earned or redeemed in connection with that order may be adjusted or reversed. - Misuse & Suspension
Any suspected abuse, fraud, resale, or manipulation of the program may result in Tokens being revoked and accounts suspended or terminated. Misuse includes but is not limited to posting jobs in breach of the Job Posting Standards & Fair Use Policy. Super Hire® may refuse redemption where it reasonably suspects breach of these Terms. - Program Changes & Discontinuation
Rewards, redemption thresholds, earning rates, and the redemption process may change from time to time. Super Hire® may amend, pause, or discontinue the Talent Tokens program at any time, without liability for unused or expired Tokens. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes. - Governing Law
The Talent Tokens program forms part of these Terms and is governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes relating to Talent Tokens are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
