This platform serves direct employers and professionals in the Life Sciences, Medical Device, and Biotech sectors in Ireland. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly and transparently.

  • If you are a candidate previously registered with Pale Blue Dot® Recruitment, your data will not be automatically transferred to SuperHire.ie.
  • Consent for SuperHire.ie is separate and must be explicitly granted by registering and accepting this Privacy Policy.
  • Only verified, paying employer clients may access candidate data for legitimate recruitment purposes, and all access is monitored by platform administrators.


5. Legal Basis for Processing

We rely on the following legal bases:

  • Consent: Given when registering, submitting a CV, or subscribing to alerts.
  • Contractual Necessity: To deliver services you have requested.
  • Legitimate Interest: For security, platform improvement, and fraud prevention.

Data is deleted or anonymized after the above periods unless further retention is required by law.


9. Children’s Privacy

SuperHire.ie is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have received information from a child, please contact us immediately for deletion.
