🎯 How You Earn
Base Tokens
Employers earn 1 Talent Token for every €1 spent (ex VAT) on eligible Super Hire® purchases.
Welcome Bonus
500 bonus Tokens are awarded to every new client after their first paid purchase.
Annual Reset
Tokens are calculated per calendar year (Jan–Dec) and all unused Tokens reset on December 31.

Talent Tokens by Super Hire® are a customer rewards feature for employers who use this platform. New clients receive a 500-token welcome bonus after their first paid purchase, and additional Tokens are earned based on eligible spend. Tokens are calculated per calendar year (January–December), and all unused Tokens reset on December 31. Super Hire® reserves the right to amend, pause, or discontinue the programme at any time, and to refuse or revoke Tokens in cases of misuse. Talent Tokens have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Full programme details are set out in our Terms of Service.
