We are currently recruiting for the position of Project co-ordinator.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities for this position will include the following:
- Work with Project manager and Engineering team to translate project forecasts and customer requirements into detailed project and capacity plans.
- Schedule project activities to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate project tasks that related to manufacturing with the manufacturing planner & quality team.
- Analysing engineering resource availability and equipment constraints.
- Monitor project related stock levels and minimize excess/obsolete inventory.
- Track Work-In-Progress (WIP), raw materials and finished goods.
- Complying with Arrotek operating standards as outlined in Arrotek SOP’s & employee handbook.
- Ensuring readiness for development runs including Tooling & Documentation
- Support activities related to project costing and quotes.
- Adhere to Plant Safety requirements and Health & Safety requirements.
- Other such duties as may be assigned from time to time by their manager.
Person Specification:
Candidates likely to be called for interview will have most or all of the following
- Experience of working in a medical device environment would be an advantage.
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Planning or related area. Experience an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook. MS Project, Resource Planning Software
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable in a customer facing role with good presentation skills.
- Analytical thinker with attention to detail.
- Effective communicator and collaborator.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with continuous improvement mindset.
Position Details
This is a full-time, permanent position with a view to starting as soon as possible.
