The Role & What You Will Be Doing
The Project Manager for rebranding is accountable for all required rebranding and LENC/c activities, supporting multiple global and regional x-functional teams using multiple resources, analysing, interpreting, and organizing inputs to issue reports and presentations which support decision making and project prioritization.
The project manager needs to be abreast of operational and tactical challenges, concerns, & provide visibility to potential issues; Supports team members to generate reports, dashboards, presentations, and Gantt charts as needed.

- Supporting the Head, Strategic Commercial Transformation and Integration
- Tracking of all rebranding and LENC-related activities, as well as individual subsidiary-related tasks across markets as part of the integration program
- Following up with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of the requests from the Rebranding team including managing the rebranding Models
- Organizing regular conference calls and key touch points with responsible stakeholders
- Being a point of contact to market leadership teams to clarify issues and ensure all budgets and projected LENC / Rebranding timelines are on track
- Regular updates to the Regional Head of Integration on the current rebranding status per market
- Supporting Global Integration Office on updating internal TSA documents and if needed, arranging communication with local teams to ensure the delivery
- Consolidation of large datasets in Excel (up to 30.000 rows and 100+ columns)
- Provides data analytical and visualization support to assist in the management of initiatives and projects
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze, extrapolate, interpret, and organize data sets to issue reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Issues operational and tactical reports to track performance to plan (including regulatory and supply timeline and budget) and to provide visibility to potential issues
- Develops innovative, value-added methods to measure key performance indicators and metrics used to ensure project goals and objectives are achieved.
- Plays a lead role in the development and improvement of the project’s performance scorecard while streamlining the visualization of recurring metrics
- Supports a database optimization project supporting stock build requirements
- Supports a database optimization project supporting trade dress cut-over requirements
- Prepare and present reports for and to key leaders throughout the organization
- Perform and assist with additional duties as directed by the Project Lead/Team Leader
- While there is no direct supervisory capacity for this position, the Program Manager is expected to be a key member for the team and step us as needed
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
- Must possess 3-5 years of project management experience in a multi-national environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Sound understanding of supply chain and regulatory framework in major markets and the pharmaceutical industry in general
- Strong advanced computer skills, MS Office with emphasis on Excel & Power Point)
- Strong verbal and written communication including presentation skills
- Able to work in diverse multi-level, cross-divisional and multi-cultural working environment
- Excellent organization skills, takes initiative and is proactive and persistent
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple products, markets and projects simultaneously
