What You Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience delivering production-grade software, performing thoughtful code reviews, and contributing to full-stack system design and architecture.
- Strong proficiency in modern languages, particularly Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (including React), with an emphasis on clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Solid SQL and relational database expertise, including data modeling and complex querying.
- Experience building scalable data pipelines and data flows for high-volume, high-reliability systems.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset. You thrive in fast-moving environments, communicate clearly, and enjoy working closely with cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrated ownership and leadership. You’ve led projects, driven migrations, and consistently delivered meaningful, customer-facing features.
- A background in Computer Science or a related field is a plus, but practical experience matters most.

- Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, AWS Marketplace, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, GitHub Actions
- Data & Analytics: Snowflake, Databricks, Apache Spark, Polars
- Web & Backend: Flask, scalable API design and development
- Platforms: Building and deploying software across Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Domain Experience: Data analytics, business intelligence, or healthcare—especially healthcare data, HIPAA, and privacy-focused systems

- Innovate with purpose. Create data-driven solutions that help customers unlock better insights and outcomes from healthcare data.
- Work with modern technology. Use a contemporary stack including Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Spark, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, and more.
- Share what you learn. Contribute to our engineering blog and help shape our voice in the broader tech community.
