Manufacturing Engineer

ICS Medical Devices is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support day-to-day manufacturing, lead NPI and process validation activities, and deliver continuous improvements in yield, quality, and efficiency. This role will also collaborate closely with production teams and customers to ensure the highest manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for scaling projects, ensuring robust and reliable process performance.
- Support production ramp-up activities to achieve demand requirements efficiently and on schedule.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects and meet production volume targets for customers.
- Monitor and manage yields, driving productivity and efficiency improvements through innovative engineering solutions.
- Develop and implement technical process improvements, such as mistake-proofing, to enhance manufacturing performance.
- Implement and continuously improve procedures, training, and workflows in line with ICS quality systems and best practices.
- Characterise, develop, and validate manufacturing processes that meet design specifications and deliver high-quality products efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, Healty & Safety and internal quality management system
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Biomedical, or related field).
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Track record of driving efficiency, productivity & continuous improvement.
- Proven experience leading scale-up and production ramp projects
Skills
- Strong technical background and capabilities.
- Demonstrated practical, problem-solving skills.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical documentation.
