An exciting opportunity has arisen for aSenior Maintenance Technicianatour organization at Dunboyne site , a cutting-edge, state-of-the-art manufacturing site.
In this key role, you will support the manufacturing shift team to:
- Deliver batches safely and successfully
- Quickly identify and resolve technical issues
- Help the site deliver for our patients
- Champion a culture ofQuality, EHS, Learning and Continuous Improvement
What you will do
Bring yourenergy, expertise and innovationto:
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipmentin a GxP environment, supporting both manufacturing and engineering teams
- Execute the site’s maintenance program (preventive, reactive and predictive) using the site CMMS
- Coordinate workwithin and beyond the Engineering team, driving continuous improvements
- Anticipate and solve complex problemsfor both the Engineering team and end users
- Perform under pressure andproactively communicatewith stakeholders during shift
- Create clear problem statements and define next steps to resolve equipment, safety and quality issues
- Work closely withPlanning & Schedulingto ensure work is completed safely, compliantly and right-first-time
- Completepermit-to-work walkdownsand supervision for project and sustaining activities
- Supportsite Emergency Response Teamactivities
- Learn process equipment and providerapid fault-findingto minimize downtime
What you will bring

- 3+ years’ experiencein the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding ofmanufacturing processes, maintenance and reliability best practices
- Experience withenterprise asset management and automation systems(e.g. Maximo, SAP, DeltaV, BAS, Pi)
- Ability to work effectively as part of ashift teamand to self-manage to deliver results
- A strongcompliance mindset, ensuring adherence to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People metrics
- Flexibility, self-motivation and a passion forcoaching othersto achieve their best
