Reporting to: Customer Services Manager – Environmental Product Support (EPS)

About the role
Reporting to the Environmental Customer Service Manager, you will join a rapidly developing department at the forefront of supporting our global dealer network. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality technical support and service excellence, directly contributing to product reliability and dealer success.
You will be hands-on in tackling real-world challenges, providing practical technical assistance, across our product range.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Provide technical support and guidance to the global dealer network across service, warranty, and product-related queries
International travel is a requirement to support dealer activities, including commissioning, diagnostics, and occasional training
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal customer disruption
Work closely with Product Group Engineering and Quality teams to feedback field issues and support continuous product improvement
Contribute to the development and validation of performance and test criteria for new products and product enhancements
Maintain high standards of documentation, reporting, and communication
About You
Experience & Qualifications
Relevant service experience, ideally within heavy manufacturing or mobile equipment
Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background
Working knowledge of diesel-hydraulic and electro-hydraulic systems
Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Full, clean driving license and valid passport
