Drive global process excellence within Medical Affairs by optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance, and enabling digital transformation. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and improve processes using Business Process Excellence methodologies.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline and standardize Medical Affairs processes
- Lead automation and digital enablement initiatives
- Support LDC implementation across countries
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
- Facilitate workshops, training, and change management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent
- 5+ years in pharma; 2+ years in matrix/global teams
- Experience with process mapping and digital tools
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong adaptability and communication skills
